We apologize you are not happy. Unfortunately on two different occasions we have not been able to confirm the noise you are complaining about. Please keep in mind we are in the service repair business, and not wanting to fix something does not do us any good. We are always honest with our clients and we will only fix what we can find. Please bring your car back when noise is happening and we will be glad to send a tech on a test drive to confirm the issue.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy. Although we did not conduct any repairs to this mirror as a courtesy we installed a mirror supplied by the customer at NO charge, usually a $200 fee. As far as drive ability issues we repaired the issue caused by an outside facility and clearly advised the customer that lack of oil changes in the past will require more extensive repairs and we will monitor it. Furthermore we offer cash discounts, however even though the customer did not pay cash we again in good faith and appreciation for her business still honored the discount despite paying by credit card. If there is anything further that we can do to satisfy your service needs please call our customer realtions department and we will gladly try to address any further issues.
