Check other dealers My car was stuttering. Took it to Kings infiniti. They said my tranny needs to be replaced. Took it to another infiniti dealer. They updated the softw My car was stuttering. Took it to Kings infiniti. They said my tranny needs to be replaced. Took it to another infiniti dealer. They updated the software for free my car runs smooth now. Price for tranny is $5700 inc labor. They offered me %50 off!!they were going to make some money if I would get it replaced. Such a loose spot. Do not take your car there!!drive some extra miles and take it to another one.. More
Not happy I have 2017 Qx50 with 12k on odometer that I brought for couple of miner issues number one it has a rattling noise coming from underneath the car that I have 2017 Qx50 with 12k on odometer that I brought for couple of miner issues number one it has a rattling noise coming from underneath the car that sounds like Im dragging empty cans. Number two i had a problem with my passenger window (one touch automatic up and down) option and three i had them chek my AC. With first issue all that was needed was a little adjustment but they wouldn’t take care of that because all they were focused is on telling me what I will need so they could charge me $800 for stuff that I don’t need right this second. Second issue, i was told by their service Rep.Nelson that my switch was disconnected by the people that did my tints and that’s why they’re not going to fix it under warranty. My response was Hmmm that’s Funny because i was there and they never open the door panel to disconnect anything and on top of that I did my tints a day after i got my car and the windows were working just fine for a year. So once he realized that Im some what knowledgeable he quickly changed his story. I was truly disappointed with the service department and their dishonesty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. More
