12BALOUBER12 The satification and safety of our customers is our highest priority. We followed protocol based on your concern with your vehicle. Upon diagnosing further we reached out to tech support and based on the information they had provided they recommended the transmission be replaced and offered cost of repair to be split 50/50. The other dealerships software update may be a TEMPORARY fix at this time, but all we did was follow protocol.

2017Qx50, We certainly value your patronage and our disappointed you are not happy, as servicing our customers needs is our highest priority. We had informed you that you were beyond your vehicles adjustment period of 12K. For your concern regarding your windows auto function we reinitialized that window function and all was ok at the time. As far as the rattle heard from the exhaust, we informed you that it was primarily due to the break dust shield bent out of place and you had denied the repair.
