Never had a particularly bad experience there I didn't buy my Infiniti there but its the only place I've had it serviced. Always helpful, friendly and fast. Just like us all, I sometimes complain I didn't buy my Infiniti there but its the only place I've had it serviced. Always helpful, friendly and fast. Look at your paperwork before you sign I bought Infiniti Q50 and I was told we're going to do a complete service and when I got the car the oil was never changed and I was told that I was g I bought Infiniti Q50 and I was told we're going to do a complete service and when I got the car the oil was never changed and I was told that I was going to get new tires and I did but I had to pay for them and I wasn't told that so just be careful when you buy a car from this place and look at your paperwork good I got stuck with an extra 700 bucks on my bill they told me the tires were included in the deal but I paid for them anyway More
