I received a call one hour later describing some other issues I was having and he gave me a few options to choose from. As soon as the car was finished(2.5 hours later) I received another phone call telling me to pick it up. Kong’s Infiniti is really focused on fast and professional service for their customers! Would highly recommend them. More

John Russo has a great sense of humor and spirits and is a pleasure to explain my car’s needs to. Service took about 2 hours. Was able to do other chores in the area. Relaxed with a cup of tea and health bar, called my name and I was out the door No problems, convenient. Would recommend. Still trying to get hold of Rico re: Nissa showroom a few streets north.
