Horrible experiences Car die at 2 am. Thinking was the battery problem. Waited till morning buy new battery and did a swap out. Turn out it was the starters. Call road sid Car die at 2 am. Arrive at kings infiniti at 3:30 on a Saturday. Service specialists Johnathan was unhappy to see me because it was half hour before closing. I didn't sleep the whole night and when an infiniti customer need help the most. The tow truck experience was horrible. The dealership is horrible and I can't even get a loaners vehicle. When I pick up the car. Service was horrible. No manner no professional. Did not say hi .. did not say bye. Make me feel as a customer that they were not happy to see me. After all that when the previous survey come. I try contacting the customer relationship manager kristal. I explain what happen. She said she will talk to management and have an solid response on my bad experience. But I never heard back. I will never get or recommend anyone to infiniti. I feel my wife Kia have better customer experience. I did not choose or paid for an luxury experience to get treated like xxxx when mechanical issues happen to my infiniti. More
INCONVENIENCE!!!!! Horrible experience! I requested a loaner and was told that loaners are not an option when your car is being serviced. After telling the manager that Horrible experience! I didn’t know dealerships require an explanation. Im not new to the leasing world I’ve been doing this for many many many years. I also asked them to check out my fog light which went out after a month of having my car. When I picked up my car i was told the fog light was broken and needed to be replaced. Finally, when I got home I realized that now both fog lights were out. Hmmmm I wonder how that happened???? Now I’m stuck with a car that has no working fog lights thanks to Kings Infiniti. If you want to be inconvenienced you should definitely visit KINGS Infiniti. More
