Wasted time I communicated with a salesperson (Angie) for a week about 2 cars. Had a 12pm appointment, drove 1 hour and 10 minutes from my house in the Bronx. I I communicated with a salesperson (Angie) for a week about 2 cars. Had a 12pm appointment, drove 1 hour and 10 minutes from my house in the Bronx. I showed up 5 minutes early, not late. I was told they had no car for me to test drive. I asked why would they make meI come so far to their dealership and NOT have a car to test drive. They gave me the stare like I was crazy. I have NEVER received such unprofessional service in my entire life. I've been buying NEW cars for the past 25 years. I've been shopping for a new car the last 2 weeks and would never go back. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Excellent customer service I got my q50 in for service I had an appointment for 8:30 I was 15 mins late. Nelson and the team there still got my car in , and manages to put me in I got my q50 in for service I had an appointment for 8:30 I was 15 mins late. Nelson and the team there still got my car in , and manages to put me in a loaner and had the car ready half hour before the promised time . Nelson and the team there were very courteous and respectful the whole time I really enjoyed my experience, it was customer service like no other and on top of them being busy they were very swift I dropped my car and was in a loaner in less than 20 mins . I picked up my car and dropped of the loaner that process was even faster great job guys you’ll get far in the business with this treatment I will 100 percent recommend everyone to you guys More
