We moved about 2 hours away a couple of months ago & just went back to lease our 2019 QX50. John Russo in the service department has always seen that we got a loaner car when we had our car serviced. John is very professional & knowledgeable. There are Many Infiniti dealerships closer to our new home but it is certainly worth the trip to go to Kings Infiniti. We know we get what they promise & treat us extremely well. I have had problems & questions while on the road & John has walked me through them or assured me that it was ok to drive with the icon on my dash. When I apologized for calling, he told me not to worry his Mom calls with questions all the time, John made me feel like family & my questions are not silly. Roman & John are the best!! More

Big problem I had a big problem with my 2018 (new) car. It was an engine & braking problem. I wasn't given a loaner car from day 1 but after a week which is bette I had a big problem with my 2018 (new) car. It was an engine & braking problem. I've had it a few days & something squeaks loudly which means that I have to bring it back again! More
