Mediocre Customer Service Experience My first time in this dealership the receptionist was very kind and friendly. She called for a salesperson to come to the showroom and help us with ch My first time in this dealership the receptionist was very kind and friendly. She called for a salesperson to come to the showroom and help us with choosing a vehicle. We were in the beginning stage of finding a new car and wanted to know all the information we could about the Infiniti SUVs. The salesperson that came to help us was helpful, but I think he could have been more helpful. He showed us the two SUVs we inquired about, but When we asked about pricing he kept giving us approximate pricing. I said can we sit down and figure out what the cost of a lease would be with a trade in and some better prices like the salesperson at the Lexus dealership had done for us, he still insisted on giving the average prices. He claimed he had no books on the vehicles so we could go home and look at the packages. We left and felt that the customer service could have been better but we did like the car. After pondering about it for a week, we returned to Infiniti hoping to get a different salesperson and a better visit this time since we knew this was the car we wanted. When the reception called for a salesperson to come to the floor, lo and behold we ended up with the same salesman. We were a little disappointed, but he was in a better mood this time. He sat us down and gave us exact pricing as we wanted him to do the first time. This encounter was better but I wonder if it was because now he knew we were serious about purchasing. That should not be the case. We should have gotten the same treatment whether we were potential customers or guaranteed customers. The dealership had no coffee machine like the others we visited and the staff was not very friendly they all stayed in their office barely looking engaging. Also they didn’t give us a day to come back and test drive since it was raining when we were there. We never met the financial manager or anyone but our salesman. We wanted a blue color for our car, but they claim they couldn’t find it unless we wanted to pay for more packages. That was unclear to us and the more questions we asked the more confused we got and just settled for our second choice which was a silver. Just think the experience could have been better as we have been to a few other dealerships and the customer service was much better. More
