Christian Steven don’t give me a good customer service. First we txting each other about the price and we agreed on it but when I already in there to sign, the price is little bit high. Because of that I told it’s okay even its different price but just give me free floor mats and trunk mat (I mean rubber). He told me yes because the car doesn’t come with floor mat and trunk (he mean the carpet). I told him what I mean is the rubber because the car should have the carpet already. He insists that it’s not come with the carpet mats. I’m glad I check the window sticker and it’s really says in there that it comes with carpet mats. I don’t know if he trying to trick me or he just doesn’t know about the car he selling. After that I left to get my wife so that she can sign the documents. Before we comeback me and Christian txting each other and we agreed that he will give me the rubber floor mats and the rubber TRUNK or cargo mat. When we comeback in there to get the car after signing the papers, NO TRUNK MAT.I even ask him and he said only floor mats is free. I just said okay because I got to much already with promises that not been honor starting with the price of the car until about the rubber mats. I have our txt conversation for my evidence about the rubber mats. The last thing also when we getting the car, he just give me the key and he doesn’t follow the steps like explaining about the car. I bought a lot of car and I know the last steps always is the Salesperson need to do the last walk through and explain about the features of the car. But him he just give me the key and GOODBYE! He is lucky that we just want another car for our TURO business, or else I will not buy that car because of his customer service given to me. More
The process of purchasing was completely painless however I purchased a certified used car (2019 Nissan Pathfinder) and after driving it a few days I'm pretty disappointed in how the the car runs. Exceptional attention from Jessica Kondo at King Windward who was quick in responding to our interest in the Rogue, and provided info about the various options. She also gave us a list of cars in stock on site that met our specifications and had them out for us to look at on our first visit. This really made it easy to compare. She also gave us lots of information during the test drive and even after buying the car has remained in contact making sure the car is running well and we didn’t have questions or problems. She has been updating us on mats we ordered and delivery of license plates etc. Throughout the entire process, Jessica has been very attentive to our needs, friendly and upbeat making the whole car buying experience the best we’ve ever had over 40 years. Financing with Matt Moriki was also a very smooth process. More
