Speedy Service I took my car in to have the driver side airbag replaced because of the recall and also have my oil changed. I was told it would take around 3 hours. My vehicle was then moved into the service area and promptly worked on finishing the requested repair even more quickly then promised. At completion, she provided me the completed service documents, escorted me to the payment area, returned by keys and pointed out where my vehicle was parked and waiting for me. I continue to feel pampered each and every time I have the opportunity to service my vehicle either for routine maintenance or for an unexpected repair. More

Love the new car!! I was in the market for a new car and had purchased my previous vehicle from King Windward. My wife likes the free oil changes, free safety checks an I was in the market for a new car and had purchased my previous vehicle from King Windward. My wife likes the free oil changes, free safety checks and the fact that when she takes it in for service she can walk across the street and shop at Ross. But she absolutely loves the free car washes! Because we've been very satisfied with our Nissan Juke we were researching its replacement the Nissan Kicks. We were working with Jessica to keep us informed of the Kicks arrival. The Kicks made it to the lot on Friday when Jessica was out of town and I made arrangements to view the vehicle with Maggie. When we arrived Maggie was busy and Cole assisted us with purchasing the vehicle. He was fantastic! We had done extensive research on the vehicle. We knew we wanted the vehicle and had already been quoted a price so he got us in and out in record time. We did have to deal with the finance guy, even though we didn't finance but thats the same at every dealership. Because we picked the car up the day it arrived on the lot and it was late on Friday evening, Cole even arranged for us to bring the car back on Monday for the full detailing and so my wife could be familiarized with its many safety, entertainment, and tech features. We highly recommend Cole if you're in the market for a vehicle! More
