This was my first choice for a new car. I spoke to Brian and explain that I was just looking that day and wanted to looked at two other cars, but Kia was my first choice and I would be back. No one came rushing out to assist like other car dealership. Brian ask if he could help us, he took us to his desk and explain the car to us. Upon entering the dealership everyone was very friendly and nice. Brian show us several cars and explain all the options. We went back to his desk and answer a few question and I told him I would be back. He call me in a few days and ask if I wanted to take a test drive of the car and I made the appointment after taken a test dive I made my decision. The dealership personnel was excellent, everyone who talked with us knew their business. The fair trade in price was not what I expected. I really felt I should have received more for my trade-in. And the new car that I received should not have been sold as a ne car because when I received it, there was 506 miles on it. These were the only things I really dislike. Overall, I will give the dealership, personnel and my sale person 100% rating. Will recommend them to others. More

There was no hesitation in finding the color that I wanted and Alex (the manager) made sure that it was transferred from another dealership the very next morning. I had the best possible experience at Laurel Kia. I had been looking to buy my first car all day and had gone to 2 other dealerships before coming to Laurel Kia. I had been to a Nissan dealership and they been looking to buy my first car all day and had gone to 2 other dealerships before coming to Laurel Kia. I had been to a Nissan dealership and they weren't very helpful and refused to budge on the price of a used vehicle so that it would fall within my budget. When I came to Laurel Kia, my salesman, Andrew Ortiz was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He made my parents and I feel very comfortable and we didn't feel like we were being pushed into a certain car. When the car I originally wanted was a little out of my price range, I was feeling discouraged and ready to walk away when Andrew told my parents and I not to worry, he would get me into a car that I liked and that I could afford. Andrew and the finance guy, who's name I can't remember :-(, worked for hours to get me a price that I could afford on a car that I now love. I ended up driving away in a brand new 2013 Kia Soul with a cheaper monthly payment than Nissan was willing to give me on a used car. I've had my car for a month and I love my car and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received at Laurel Kia. I will definitely go back when it's time to buy my 2nd car. More
