Not only were the prices fair on the trade-in and the new car, but the customer service was outstanding. Pierce was fantastic to work with and Moe, in finance, was awesome. He took the time to sit in my new Sorento with me and explain all the settings, all the controls and even synched my iphone with the Bluetooth on the vehicle! Laurel Kia really cares about its customers and that shows with the follow up emails I have been receiving. Pierce took the time to send me an email a few days after my purchase to ensure that I was comfortable with all the vehicle features - he offered to assist me with any other questions I might have.
