Fate was once again doing her thing when she paired with me with my salesperson Pierce Bentley York. I mean really...with a name like that you know he had to be great! It has been 15 years since I purchased a new vehicle and the customer service I received from Pierce, Steve (Pierce's father...how cool is that), and Moe made it all worth it. I never felt pressured to buy and Pierce worked out a wonderful deal for me. I have already started recommending him and Laurel Kia to my friends, family and coworkers. I was so pleased with my experience I even shared it with customers in the showroom and took them outside to see my beautiful new 2014 fully loaded Optima. We traded in our 2012 Optima on a 2014 Optima because we loved the look and options of the 2014 model. We had purchased the 2012 used from Laurel Kia in August 2013. We had such a great experience working with the dealership and Pierce, that we came back 7 months later to buy the new Optima. This is a smaller dealership so you get personalized service. Everybody who we dealt with in August remembered my name when I came back in March. They were able to work their financing magic to get us in a brand new SXL turbo (top of the line) for only $100 more a month. Received a great deal on the trade in. Due to lack of credit in August 2013, we had double-digit interest rate on our 2012. They were able to get us financing for 2.99% on the 2014! I highly recommend Laurel Kia and I especially recommend you work with Pierce York! More

From the moment I parked my car, I was met by Alex, the Sales Manager. A most friendly person. In spite of the fact that we had a tentative agreement on the price, etc., he turned me over to Jamal, an ex Sales Manager. A most friendly person. In spite of the fact that we had a tentative agreement on the price, etc., he turned me over to Jamal, an extra special person, who immediately - with much patience, in dealing with an older person (I normally call myself a senior senior citizen) began explaining all the "buttons" on/in the car. I think without his explanation, patience, gentleness, outstanding manners, I would be looking for a 2 week school in order to learn how to just push, much less, use the "buttons". My experience with Jamal was the friendliest experience I have ever encountered in car buying and just about everything else. I could go on and on in my praise for this young man, but I would soon run out of superlatives in expressing my opinion. I also dealt with Lisa, the paper and money person. She too was charming and the completion of paperwork notwithstanding, was a super friendly person. I left, after purchasing the car, with a good taste and feeling of dealing with the people mentioned above. It was an absolute pleasure in doing business with all the people encountered and certainly belied all the negative thoughts that one hears and reads about car sales people. It is my intention of letting all of my friends know what I thought of your dealership. Great job and would suggest that y'all keep up the good work. I do believe this rating sheet should include an opportunity for one who replies to be able to write additional comments under each question allowing for e.g. 5+ ratings.
