We arrived about an hour late for the appointment, having driven about 3 hours to get there, but still we were greeted so kindly and politely by Pierce. The car was ready and waiting for me to test drive, and when we got down to business, the initial paperwork was completed in record time. When we met with Lisa in the business office, the transaction was concluded quickly, and without pressure. Lisa was also warm and friendly and very accommodating. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful, and the experience was well worth the long drive. More
