And they also violated Maryland auto-sales statute(s) in the process. Tried to resolve with management and dealer owner, only to get a partial resolution and -- quoting the owner: "take it or go pound sand" admonition. I am lodging formal UNFAIR & DECEPTIVE, trade practices complaints with the Maryland Motor Vehicle Dealer Complaint Unit and the Maryland Attorney General's office. More
