I researched reviews online and this dealership was far above any others and was so convenient to me. That time Ryan Fracasse was my salesman. He was more than eager to show me how everything worked. In January 2015 my Soul was totaled and I immediately called Ryan Fracasse again to purchase another one. He had exactly what I wanted. He again was so eager to help with setting things up for me. Kudos also to Alex Nowak, General Manager for also keeping me in the loop via email and with Ryan Fracasse on delivery day. I love the new one as much as the older one!! And Jamal Allen for his kind, informative assistance in the financial documents. Both experiences are unlike any other I've ever had anywhere. They are all awesome and the customer care is beyond reproach. They could teach how to do it right. Thanks to all. More
