Laurel Kia - a bunch of preofessionals My wife and I bought our first Kia and it had been a few years since we had been at a dealership to buy a car. The last few times, it seemed to be an all day event and this time around, we had done most of the research ahead of time, so it was simply a matter of test driving the car to confirm all the high ratings from Consumer Reports were true. Not only were they true, but the time it took to close the deal after saying yes was about as quick an experience as one could hope for. Had I not gotten a call from my nephew and spoke to him for 20 minutes while at the dealership, the total time to buy would have been about the time it takes to get a Dominoes pizza. Unbelievable. The entire staff at Laurel Kia was engaging and friendly and our salesman, Pierce York, was profoundly knowledgeable about the car we had chosen, which largely contributed to the entire process being so quick and efficient. He knew all the answers to our questions which gave us a tremendous amount of confidence when we were buying the car. Pierce was a pleasure to work for and would be someone my wife and I would go back to in a heartbeat the next time we're looking for a car. This time around, we were directed to Kia because we knew the car we wanted. Next time, we'll go to Kia, simply because of Pierce and the confidence we have in him. Best Car Buying Experience Ever!
