I worked out the deal on the car via email and Pierce worked out numbers that were good and so the next time I came to the dealer it was to take home the newly delivered vehicle. After being on the hunt for one for so long, I came across a commercial for Laurel Kia. I've always wanted a Kia, and luckily I contacted Mr. Davis at the right time. He's extremely personable and attentive, and my experience in the showroom was fairly quick, no more than an hour tops. I've even recommended a couple friends (before driving off the lot) to visit Laurel Kia and ask for Mike. The whole staff is courteous, however Mike got the job done for me quickly and accurately. He explained GAP Ins., explained the importance of getting my vehicle insured before I left, worked with the sales manager to get the %rate and monthly payment I was looking for, made sure the vehicle was prepped properly, pointed out the functions of some of the options, AND helped me transfer my personal belongings from my trade vehicle to my used KIA. Mr. Keon will go a long way and be successful because of his work ethic and his attitude of providing good service customer service. I would also like to thank the sales manager and the financial officer for their help. All in all a very pleasant experience. More

Our sales person, Tae Yeon, ensured that we were happy with our car. Tae's General Sales Manager, Alex Nowak, was also very supportive. Naturally when we needed another car a few weeks ago (our 2011 Kia Sorento was totaled by a deer), we went directly to Laurel Kia. Tae Yeon was still there and so was his General Manager, Alex Nowak. We bought another Kia Sorento (used 2013) and have been quite happy with the support they have provided. They have great teamwork in that dealership that I have not seen in others (we've owned other cars in past). While we were talking to Tae, one of his teammates brought the car over to be cleaned, etc. They have met all our expectations plus more. Tae responds to my emails promptly and follows up on our requests. Bravo, Tae!! We will not hesitate to recommend Laurel Kia (Alex Nowak, Tae Yeon, and the Laurel Kia Team) to anyone. Great job!
