No hassle, no hard sell, good deal I shopped 3 local dealers when I bought my 2017 KIA Sorento. During the process they did not hound me which I appreciated. My sales person, Pierce York, was knowledgeable and polite. In the end, I told him the price I was willing to pay, he met that price, and I picked up the car the following morning. The car was clean and full of gas and I received 2 complementary KIA key chains that are actually very nice quality. On the day that I picked up the car, the finance person was also not too pushy as she explained the extended warranty and service plans that they offer. That was appreciated. I've bought too many cars over the years where they try and hard sell you all of the ad-ons. Overall I'm very pleased with the dealership and would purchase from them again. More

Only he didn't have the one I wanted so he checked the D-M-V & Pa dealerships until he found one. The car came in from Pa on Monday and drove off the lot on Wednesday. BTW - Jamal had scheduled days off on Mon and Tues. but said he would come in to take care of me. I said no way, enjoy your time off. I can pick it up Wed. Highly recommend Jamal and Laurel Kia. Customer service at it's best! We arrived at the dealership @approximately4:30pm; calling Mr. Darrell Lewis to "schedule" a test drive while in route. In four hours we test drove, reviewed carfax report, looked under the hood, paid for our car and were on our way! I have never had such a wonderful car buying experience.
