Quick, Professional and Just What I Hoped For! I went to Laurel Kia to test drive (and perhaps purchase) a specific car -- an "Alien" Soul. Jamal greeted me, heard what I wanted to do, and was qui I went to Laurel Kia to test drive (and perhaps purchase) a specific car -- an "Alien" Soul. Jamal greeted me, heard what I wanted to do, and was quick to show me a few they had on the lot. He answered questions that I had and offered to let me test drive one without any hesitations or red tape. After driving the one that was easy to access, I realized the one that had all the luxuries I wanted was trapped behind several cars. When I told Jamal I wanted to actually test drive the one I might purchase, he happily agreed. Never once did I feel he was impatient or pushy. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all questions that I had. When I came back a two days later, he had everything all ready for me, including the paperwork. Jamal was also the one to point out a big discrepancy in my credit scores (one very high -- and accurate -- and two average), encouraging me to get my credit report and find out what was going on (I have since then found out that I have been a victim of identity theft. Thanks to Jamal pointing out a concern, I am now taking care of that issue). Not only did Jamal make my experience easy, so did the financial manager (I believe her name is Davila Steel). She went quickly through the paperwork, asking if I had questions along the way, gave me all the options and, also, wasn't pushy with trying to get me to purchase extra warranties. She simply told me what they offered, gave her opinion, and let me decide. Then Jamal gave me a quick "tutorial" of my new car and off I went! He made it clear I could contact him about any questions I had in the future. The entire experience was a good one! More
