He knows his cars; he worked with me to figure out two different purchase options, helping me in the end to get a "better" car than I had planned (Kia + as opposed to base). He then had to go find the color I wanted at another dealer and bring it to Laurel. He was great, friendly, knowledgeable, no pushing, mapped out each option to the penny, patient and the best thing of all - no surprises.
