Happiness I was looking for 'my' car for months and had an odd situation. I had just bought a new car make and model that I hated and wanted to trade knowing we I was looking for 'my' car for months and had an odd situation. I had just bought a new car make and model that I hated and wanted to trade knowing we would have negative equity. We live in PA and drove 2 hours to get the car we finally found online since it was sitting at Laurel Kia in MD. Prior to making the trip, Jamal was working with us via phone and text. He was always available, seemingly morning and night, and answered all our questions quickly. It was the easiest buy ever. I was up front with him about my situation and he was honest with us and made it work. I am so happy to be in 'my' car (the old make and model again). Jamal made the experience fun. In fact, everyone in that dealership was happy. It had a nice casual warmth to it with nice people all around. More
