I came in from out of town for vacation with an Explorer that was leaking coolant. I showed up at 8am Monday morning without an appointment. Bill went beyond his means to make sure the car got into a lift. that was leaking coolant. I showed up at 8am Monday morning without an appointment. Bill went beyond his means to make sure the car got into a lift. Unfortunately, the car had a water pump that was going to cost way too much than I was willing to spend. I elected to look for a different vehicle. Paul (sales) and Russell (finance) went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed for a price I was comfortable with. Their personable nature was so welcomed and appreciated. They turned a bad situation with a broken car into a brand new vehicle. The new car had to be driven in from another dealer in Georgia and they did all this within the same day. As I was moving things over to the new car, Bill (service) approached me and was so happy that I got a new car and congratulated me but also expressed how committed he was to fixing the old one if that’s what I elected to do. A true professional that recognized I had a family on vacation and fell into an unfortunate situation but wanted to fix it! King is lucky to have Bill, Paul, and Russell. Thanks for not ruining our vacation and giving us a new whip! Dealing with good people who care matters so much. More

When the serviceman saw that the part I needed was no longer available, he took the time to find the part of me on his phone. I ordered it and then took it to the shop and it's all repaired. We've never had a group of people who seemed authentically interested, earnest and caring about helping us and meeting our needs. They epitomize southern hospitality at its best. We bought a authentically interested, earnest and caring about helping us and meeting our needs. They epitomize southern hospitality at its best. We bought a very low mileage 20-yr old classic car and they put the car through a thorough inspection of its condition for us. A new fuel pump was needed and some fresh gaskets. They provided all of this at no extra charge to us above the agreed upon sales price. They meant and mean it when they say they will make EVERYTHING about the car right for us, at no extra charge. This pertains to a few future issues which may arise due to age, such as: old gaskets and hoses, too. This they would do in spite of the fact the car was sold without warranty due to its age. This is the 2nd vehicle we purchased from King Ford because of their honesty and talented staff--mechanics included. The first vehicle we bought from them was a used F-150. This dealership is very fair to its customers. They've proven they mean what they say. Their service is the best we've ever experienced, and we're in our 70s; hence, we've had a lot of cars over all of these years. We know all about the differences between dealerships, pricing and service. King Ford in Murphy, NC is the most EXCELLENT of all time. More
