We felt pushed into this sell because it seemed like such a great deal. Not even a month later, we are not happy with the car. When we tried to go back and talk to someone, a Mr. Bill Chafin from the financial department was rude from the start. As soon as my husband walked in the door, he looked at him and said, "Back so soon? Can you not afford the car?" Then proceeds to tell him that we would have to pay another $10k, that he couldn't help us. All with our salesman right there! He couldn't be professional enough to take him into his office and explain our options. Needless to say, this will be the last time we every buy from King Ford in Murphy, NC. More

We had to drive it over to Blue Ridge Ford, who looked at it immediately. More
