Service Department I was traveling and broke down near King Ford in NC. I had my 2007 F150 towed into the dealership on a Saturday afternoon without much hope of getting I was traveling and broke down near King Ford in NC. I had my 2007 F150 towed into the dealership on a Saturday afternoon without much hope of getting home. With a limited crew, they were able to diagnose my issue, find the correct part, a throttle body, and fix my truck that day. We were able to continue on home. Went to buy a truck I went to buy a new truck. I had been to several other dealers in TN,GA and NC looking. This dealer was very friendly helpful and no pressure when it I went to buy a new truck. Not even sure my Edge got the Ford Works service 2nd time I brought my car here. 1st time seemed fine. 2nd time I brought it in I had a low tire pressure assumed since the Works included tire rotatio 2nd time I brought my car here. 1st time seemed fine. 2nd time I brought it in I had a low tire pressure assumed since the Works included tire rotation this would be taken care of. 1/2 hour later (never saw my car in a bay on the monitor I’m waiting room and I looked) they came out said my car was ready. I got in my car and guess what tire pressure still low so I’m pretty sure that wasn’t done and there is grease stain on the inside of my drivers side window that even if I clean off comes right back so clearly it’s inside window casing. I asked about my low tire pressure and questioned were my tires rotated. Never got an answer they drove my car somewhere and brought it right back with the tire pressure light now off. I went to the same dealer for 10 years at least until I moved 9 hours away. always get my cars serviced every 5000 miles. I have a 2010 Edge that looks brand new except for grease in window and honestly feel Iike I’m being tricked into having to buy a new car. Which I already did. 2019 Explorer. I guess I’m looking elsewhere to get my vehicles serviced. Somewhere I can be sure I’m getting the service I paid for More
