Service dept. takes too long. We had an appt. for 10:30 and arrived at 10:15. We were met by a very personable young man and the car was taken to the service area promptly. About 1 We had an appt. for 10:30 and arrived at 10:15. We were met by a very personable young man and the car was taken to the service area promptly. About 15 minutes later the service writer came out with dirty air filters suggesting they be replaced and we okayed the replacement. Just a few minutes later I saw my car parked in front of the detail area waiting for the free car wash. The car stayed in the same place (no car was in the wash bay) for 15 min. It was finally pulled in and a man started washing it then stopped to talk to some other employees. Long story short, it was in the detail area for almost 45 min.. It is very annoying to show up early for a simple oil change and still have to wait an hour and a half. The people that I talked to inside were all very nice but something needs to be done about the detail man. More
