The waiting room is comfortable with recliner chairs, TV and well stocked with refreshments. We were so impressed with the transfer of ownership to Premier Kia of Lufkin that we purchased a new 2016 Kia Sorento. Their sales department was excellent and the trade of our vehicle was very courteous making our new purchase a good deal. We are so happy with our Sorento. More

In all my years of dealing with customer service, this is by far the worst service I have ever dealt with! Bottom 3 nationwide rating should be walmart, McDonald's, then Perry Ellis Kia! They're so shady that they will even delete negative reviews on their Facebook page, which I have to keep reposting. Have a case with the BBB and will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission so we'll see if they can get anywhere. If you decide to do business with them, buyer beware! More
