A great, enjoyable, and comfortable buying experience. Earlier this month, I visited Kim's Toyota to investigate buying a car. He showed great patience as I took a month to make a decision. He rode with me three times as I took test drives. His sincerity and humor were quite comforting and assuring throughout. Although he was an employee of the dealership, he seemed to act as my representative as well. I highly recommend him to anyone to take them through the car buying process. After buying the car, I met with Cliff Hughes, P&I Representative. He went through a thorough presentation of my options for extended coverages. Even though I had just met him, he came across as a good friend. I enjoyed meeting with him so much that I told him I would like to come back some time just to visit. It's employees like Mark and Cliff who make businesses successful. They are great representatives for Kim's Toyota. More

These two men made me remember that I am a child of God and I can't be defeated. So I signed those papers and even shook that finance mans hand and walked out to Mike smiling and thanking us and Kenny having our car pulled to the front full of gas and super clean taking our picture and sealing the deal. We have 8 children and many cars to buy, so we will be back and we will recommend Kim's No Bull to everyone we meet. More
