I've had many oil changes, tire rotations, etc. They will always check my tires when the warning light comes on about the tire pressure. I've had warranty/recall work done there and been quite satisfied. They provide excellent valet service so that I can leave my car there and still have a ride to work. I was looking for a brand new 2011 Camry. Kim's had a gorgeous white 4-cyclinder LE Camry that I test drove, then found out it had been dealer transferred. Kim took me on the lot and showed me a V6 Camr gorgeous white 4-cyclinder LE Camry that I test drove, then found out it had been dealer transferred. Kim took me on the lot and showed me a V6 Camry SE with leather and lots of upgrades...I test drove it and LOVED IT!! I was so glad I couldn't get the other one after driving the V6 SE. I purchased it that day! They worked and got me financed through Toyota with a great interest rate. Since I purchased it I have had the service dept. change the oil and James and all the service people were great to deal with. I even take it by to have them wash and detail it..Bob even washed it for me once. Now we are looking for a car for my daughter and I will go find Kim when we decide what we want to get her. I was somewhat recently traveling across the country to visit relatives in Mississippi. During my stay there, my car was due for its next servicing. They had bought a car from them in the past and told me they were very customer friendly. Upon making the appointment, I then took my car to the dealership. I was greeted by employees of the dealership and directed to the service department. They were very professional and competently answered the few questions that I had regarding the process. The servicing was done when they said it would be done and the car was handed back with a complimentary wash. The price was affordable and I was pleased with the whole ordeal. My overall experience of visiting Kim's was a good one. They listened to me when I spoke, and seemed genially interested in my well being. Though I do not live in the area, I would not hesitate going there again if the situation arose. More
