I stopped in last week just to look to see if anything caught my eye and I found a Charchol Grey Toyota Camry. Brad came out and asked if I needed help and would I like a test drive. I didn't think I would get the trade in that I wanted on my 2008 Toyota Tacoma 4door and I started to just say no. He knew by the look on my face that I loved that car. He asked me what I was driving and would I be willing to drive that Camry off the lot that day. I told him what I wanted for trade, what I was willing to pay in notes and in price and that I didn't think he would play ball. He offered to let me call another dealership to see what kind of price they had on that car. I've never had a salesman do that and yes it shot my interest up. He had his salesmanager look at my truck, test drive it. I told him point blank if you can get a good interest rate and my notes are right I'll drive it home tonight. He never pressured me, even when I test drove it. He told me all the features on the car while I was driving and when we got back I said o.k. The best part though was he never asked me if my husband was going to come and look at the car nor did he say "Do you need to call your husband and see if it's o.k. He came with the paper work of what they would give me in trade and what price I could get the car for. This is the 4th Toyota I have purchased and I have to say I have never had a bad experiance with the staff at Kim's. I know if I have a problem I can call on Brad and even Kim. Brad is very nice, well spoken and he looks you in the eye when he's talking to you and that's what makes him a good salesman. When I get ready for another vehicle I'll go back to Kim's and I tell people all the time that I buy at Kim's and as long as she's in business I will and when I get ready for another vehicle I'll ask for Brad. I don't know what else to say except Kim's gives good deals and the staff will do everything in their power to make your purchase a pleasant experiance and for that I thank you!!!!! More

I was in search of an Altima to purchase - but my sister got a Camry SE from Kim's Toyota and when I saw it - I knew that was what I wanted. I had never dealt with Kim's - but my brother-in-law assured me got a Camry SE from Kim's Toyota and when I saw it - I knew that was what I wanted. I had never dealt with Kim's - but my brother-in-law assured me that I would be pleased with the dealership. I went and looked - they did not have a Camry SE that I was interested in - but Tasha was very interested in getting exactly what I wanted and found me a silver Camry SE. They explained to me that it may take about a week to get it here due to it being a holiday weekend. Tasha was very helpful and kept me informed of the delivery status of my vehicle. I was pleased with my experience from sales to financing and will definitely purchase another vehicle from Kim's and recommend them to others. More
