I went in with the intent of just 'kicking some tires', looking at potential new vehicles for the future and to get an idea of what my truck was worth in the event of re-sale or a trade adn the next thing I know, Kevin had me in a Brand New Toyota Truck. He was very patient and willing to allow me to test/consider several vehicles. Once we narrowed the prospects - he was the key in providing practicallity of purpose and fianlly pricing that put me in my new ride! I am very pleased and proud of my new vehicle ! ! ! More

I was able to find the exact car I wanted and contacted Paul Sanchez, the website sales manager, who was more than helpful in helping me thr process. He and Mike Johnson, the finance director, made sure my car buying experience was exciting and rewarding. I would definitely recommend their business to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle. I visited Kim's Toyota in Laurel, Mississippi due to a recommendation from a family member. I live in New Orleans, Louisiana and made the two hour trip to Kim's in Laurel. Kim's promised to meet or beat the offers I had previously received from other dealerships in my home city of New Orleans, Louisiana. Not only did they meet the deal, but they beat it as well. Kim's gave me more for my trade-in vehicle than previous dealerships had offered, and also offered me a better price on the vehicle I was trying to purchase. It was really a great deal. Not only did I get a great deal, my salesman, Mark Posey, was more than great. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted when I wanted it. He entertained us while we were there and made us feel right at home, even though we were two hours from home! Mark made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. My brother has been a customer with Kim's for years. I needed to trade my car but it wasn't paid for yet. He told me it didn't matter that Kim's would make me a deal and pay off the existing car loan. I needed to trade my car but it wasn't paid for yet. The one time I tried it, the dealership wanted me to come up with a huge cash payment, which I didn't have. At his urging, I decided to give Kim's a try, but went there not expecting to make a purchase. Boy was I wrong. We met Paul Sanchez, AKA the internet guy, our sales agent, who actually listened to us. We had already shopped around the lot and knew which vehicle we were interested in. After a test drive, Paul took us in and helped get the paperwork started. He knew that we could not go over a certain amount for the payment, so he got the business manager, Mike Johnson involved. There was no hagling period. From the application to the terms and payment schedule...everything went smooth as silk. In 35 years of marriage, my spouse and I have purchased numerous vehicles, but never, ever this easy. Usually, by the time we drove a vehicle off the lot to go home, I was already in buyers remorse because of all the hoops we had to jump through. Not that way at Kim's...It was amazing. I left the same day with the vehicle I wanted, at the price I wanted, at the payment schedule I wanted and I didn't have to jump through one hoop to get it. Paul and Mike were amazing. They handled everything. If there were any problems that arose during the entire process I never new it because they handled it so professionally and with such courtesy as I have never encountered at a dealership. Now, I understand why my brother has been a loyal customer all these years. Wish I had listened before now. One thing is for certain, I'm a Kim's customer now! More
Buying our new Camry was a great experience. We previously purchased two vehicles from the dealership though Parham, and he is a super guy. The main reason we returned to Toyotas is because Parham previously purchased two vehicles from the dealership though Parham, and he is a super guy. The main reason we returned to Toyotas is because Parham is back at Kim's. We know he will take care of us after the sale too. We met Cliff for the first time during the sale. He did an excellent job explaining the technical features of the car to us and even gave us his cell number in case we have questions. More
This is not my first purchase with Kim's. buying a vehicle here is great with people like Brian Pardue and Mike Johnson. My only issue with Kim's is the service department after the purchase. If the service department would get onboard with the sales department in offering great service, this place would be Awesome. The service department is not up to speed and you don;t get the personal service that you do with sales. It actually becomes a hassle when dealing with the service department of a vehicle you just spent alot of $$ on. The Sales team is superb but the Service team is very lacking. It is going on a month and the Crossfire I purchased is still not fixed. More
