To be honest, we were not looking to buy a vehicle. All we wanted to know was what our position was. We drove through a monsoon to get from Hattiesburg to Laurel, 30 miles, through a huge rain storm. All we wanted to do was see what we are worth for our very reliable 2010 Tacoma. We had no idea that Ann would make us fall in love with this 2013 Tacoma. While I was ready to leave, she made an offer that pulled me back to my chair, and second guess why I am there. She was quick to negotiate with how much both vehicles were worth, and made an offer that I just couldn't refuse. In addition, unlike my previous purchases at other locations, the horrific part of paperwork was already complete by the time we were invited to the financier's office. It was a very friendly and hasle free experience both times. The most recent purchase I had looked for almost a year for the truck that I wanted to purchase. I did my homework online to determine options and packages that I had to have. I also did my homework to find dealer invoice to make sure that I wasn't paying too much when it came time to buy. After several months and numerous trips to other dealerships, I visited Kim's. I was greeted almost immediately from a very friendly and knowledgable sales person. They did not have the truck on the lot that I wanted, but was able to find it within literally 20 min after everyother dealership had failed. Cliff Hughes and Mike Johnson were amazing to deal with. We had a deal negotiated within 30 min that we were all happy with. I can't say enough about this dealership! I have purchased several dozens of vehicles from various dealers and was never treated as well as I was at Kim's. I went to Kim's Toyota after going to the Toyota dealership in Hattiesburg, MS to see what kind of offer they would give me on a New 2013 4Runner. The salesman was very helpful and carried us right dealership in Hattiesburg, MS to see what kind of offer they would give me on a New 2013 4Runner. The salesman was very helpful and carried us right inside to Cliff Hughes so he could find the exact one I wanted since they did not have it in stock. They found me the same one Hattiesburg had found which was located in Louisiana. We talked prices and trade in value for my current vehicle and told them we'd call them on Monday (it was a Saturday) after we checked with Hattiesburg Toyota to see if they'd come back to offer a better price. Well of course Hattiesburg did not want to come down on the price or give a decent trade in value so Monday morning we called Kim's Toyota and asked them to try and get the vehicle from Louisiana. They in return called us right back and said Hattiesburg had put a hold on the 4Runner in Louisiana on Saturday (they might have put a hold on it but no one was wanting exactly what I wanted less than 24 hours after I'm come by asking for it) and were not going to be able to get it from the dealership in Louisiana. We proceeded to call the Hattiesburg dealership and let them know how unethical they were being all because I was trying to save myself some money. Cliff from Kim's Toyota called us and said he'd found me one with exactly what I was asking for, but it was on a boat headed to a Texas dealership. He made all the necessary calls and was able to hold it for me and informed us it would be 7-14 days before it would arrive in Laurel. I was told the offer would not change regardless of how long it took them to get the vehicle. A week later Cliff was calling and had my 4Runner waiting on me they were able to get it quicker than what was anticipated. The next day I went to pick it up and the final price had not changed and I was not charged anything extra for them having to get it from a different state. They were so nice and helpful at Kim's the paperwork was ready and we pretty much just walked in closed the deal and I drove off in the vehicle of my dreams!! I will NEVER nor will I EVER recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle at Hattiesburg Toyota however I will and have sent everyone I know looking for a Toyota to Kim's Toyota!! The slogan is Kim's No Bull and that's so true!! Their an excellent establishment!! More
