I have been so pleased that I have bought 3 vehicles from them and one from KIMS Chevrolet and my daughter has bought 2 . They always go out of the way to make the sale possible to their best interest. Both of the Mike's, Cliff and Thomas have been awesome. I am really proud to take home a new 2016 Dodge Charger today thanks to the team at KIMS No Bull Dodge. Worst experience!!! I was in the market to buy a BRAND NEW fav4, I was first approached by a salesman named Antwian Perkins, I told him I already knew what I wanted and I was in the market to buy a BRAND NEW fav4, I was first approached by a salesman named Antwian Perkins, I told him I already knew what I wanted and I had brung my sisters with me to look, he was very rude from the beginning! I asked him could we just look by ourself and he told us no, that he would just linger behind us, so he did!! Which made me feel very uncomfortable because he was being rude to everything my sisters and I had to say about the car and conversation in general! He also told me numerous times that the Toyota Fav4 only comes full loaded , and that they didn't make them without moonroof and leather! Which I know that to be a lie! ANTWAIN PERKINS was very rude and unprofessional and cause Kim's No Bull to lose my business! I justed purchased my new fav4 from Toyota of Hattiesburg and couldn't be happier ! More
The "No Bull" Experience is the Real Deal We were in the market to replace our old faithful Toyota 4Runner with a new 2016 4Runner Limited. As prudent shoppers, we visited four Toyota dealers We were in the market to replace our old faithful Toyota 4Runner with a new 2016 4Runner Limited. As prudent shoppers, we visited four Toyota dealers to get an idea of market prices before making a decision. What we experienced were dealers who valued our trade-in at $1,500-$2,000 below fair value and minimal discounts off of MSRP, and in a couple of cases outright misrepresentations, until we visited Kim's Toyota. At Kim's we were warmly greeted by salesperson Mark Posey who promptly introduced us to sales manager Mike Johnson. Mike immediately appraised and offered a fair trade-in value for our vehicle. Although they didn't have the vehicle we wanted in their inventory, he assured us that they would locate the vehicle and make us a great deal. General Sales Manager Mike Fielder was on the case, located the vehicle and made us a great offer that was substantially better than any other we had received. Throughout the process, Mark kept us informed and coordinated the process until we drove the new vehicle off the lot. Cliff Hughes wrapped up the process, getting us in and out of the finance office in record time. The No Bull experience is real. Just a great deal offered by great folks who are transparent from start to finish. More

The vehicle we were shopping for was not in stock however they were able to locate a vehicle overnight and we closed the deal the next day. Kim's will certainly be at the top of my list for future transportation need. More
Very Disappointed Let me start by saying that I had purchased my current vehicle from Kim's in early 2015 and had a really great experience. So when I decided that I w Let me start by saying that I had purchased my current vehicle from Kim's in early 2015 and had a really great experience. So when I decided that I wanted to look at getting a different vehicle I of course knew that this is where I wanted to go. When I purchased my Nissan Rogue in 2015 I knew I had some credit issues but the staff was great, friendly, and accommodating to all of my needs. Now, a year later, I have been able to increase my credit score some and was optimistic about getting a better interest rate and newer model vehicle. I had seen a car on the website in the used inventory, a Kia Optima, that I absolutely LOVED. I emailed about the car twice and no one ever responded and I eventually had to just call them and request some info. Of course they were great at first but then I got to the dealership and things went downhill fast. I told them exactly what I wanted to look at, I told them that I knew I would be upside down on my current loan, I made it clear that I wasn't coming in with a down payment, and I made it very clear that I had to stay at the current payment I was paying. I COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD my situation wasn't the greatest and I didn't need anyone to explain that to me. Again I was told not to worry about it. Also, let me say that the salesmen that I dealt with were very nice, a little pushy which I understand is their job, but nice. The salespeople began to tell me that I would do better getting a brand new car that came with a lot of rebates and that the rebates would cancel out the negative equity that I had in my current loan. I never expected to get a brand new vehicle and actually have never owned a brand new vehicle so I thought ok I will see what they have to offer. Well that led to them offering a 2016 Camry that I did NOT want, a 2016 Altima that didn't work out, then a 2016 Jeep Cherokee that didn't work out, and finally a 2016 Chrysler 200 that I didn't want. The entire time I kept being pressured to come up with a down payment that I repeatedly told them I did not have. Then told that my note was going to be approximately $150 to $200 more than what I was paying now since I didn't have a down payment, when I repeatedly told them that I couldn't pay that. So of course I didn't get a vehicle and I WAS NEVER EVEN SHOWN THE OPTIMA I ORIGINALLY CAME TO SEE. So the optimism that I had going into this whole process has been completely shot and the original buying experience that I had with Kim's just over a year ago seems to have been just a fluke. Now, a week later, only to add insult to injury I received a flyer in the mail about the big Memorial Day celebration and sale that Kim's is going to have. Inside that flyer is a voucher for $2,000 off a USED VEHICLE, the Kia Optima I was NEVER shown is used and I would love to see about purchasing it, however I really don't want to go back to Kim's and be disappointed again. So I guess it was not meant to be. More
