I was looking for a Black Dodge 1500 Express with the 5.7L Hemi and black out package in my local area, however, when I called the dealers in the Jackson area, they told me they did not have one and that was that. My bank told me about Kim's Dodge in Laurel Mississippi. I called there and spoke with Ron Holsonback and explained what I was looking for. Ron was awesome, he searched and found exactly the truck I was looking for at a location in Florida. Not only did he find the truck for me, he sent someone down to pick the truck up even after they had problems electronically imputing my credit card for the deposit. Ron told me not to worry about anything, this was on Wednesday, he told me the truck would be waiting for me on Thursday morning. Not only did he send someone after the truck to drive it back, he kept me informed every step of the way. He is by far above all other salesmen I have dealt with in the past. Rest assured, in the future, whenever I, or someone I know, is in the market for another vehicle, I will definitely be sending them to one salesman and dealership only, and that is Ron Holsonback at Kim's in Laurel Mississippi. on a scale of 1-10, Ron ranks a 12 as a salesman and the dealership is right there with him.
