Quick and Easy I was a little concerned when thinking about purchasing a new vehicle as I am a first time buyer of a new vehicle. I arrived later that evening to view their inventory and Ann was more than willing to stay after hours to help me make a decision and she answered all of my questions honestly. As previously stated, this was my first time to buy a new vehicle and the service provided far exceeded my expectations. Ann was able to save me more money than I had originally anticipated which is always a good thing in my book and she was able to make the purchase quick and easy. Mislead I spoke with salesman from over the phone calling from another state. When I got there after a 2 hour ride it was another story! I had viewed the inventory online and knew it might be unlikely she could make the deal I needed within the ongoing Toyota incentive. However, she saw a way to make it work out and still be affordable for me.
