My 2015 Jeep I had been doing some research on the web about the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I drove onto Kim's where Mark Posey was the first person I met. Mark I had been doing some research on the web about the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I drove onto Kim's where Mark Posey was the first person I met. Mark made me feel right at home and that no question was too simple. Being a female, I did not feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. I had a good many questions and Mark answered them all except two which he asked someone and let me know the answer right then. I was satisfied with what Mark told me, so we went for a test drive. Most of my driving is on the highway, so we drove in Laurel and on the highway. The test drive went great, so Mark and I started talking numbers. With the help of Mike we were able to make a deal with a trade in that made us both happy. A few days later, I went back to Kim's to take care of all the paper work. While Mark and I went over everything, Parham Tullos worked on getting the paper work completed. While talking with Parham, he made this experience as easy as possible. Parham also did not push me into buying any services like extended warranties that did not interest me. I'm not sure how long I was there, but it seemed like about ten minutes. He made me feel like a member of his family. Since I bought my Jeep about a week ago, I have had several conversations with Mark to see if I had any questions and to make sure everything was going well. The process of buying this Jeep was so easy because of Mark, Mike and Parham that I know the next vehicle I buy will be from Kim's. More

Thomas Blakely was professional, and knowledgeable. Thomas addressed my automotive needs and was able to show me cars that I would be interested in. He didn't waste my time. I believe that he is an honest salesperson and is willing to go the extra mile to please you. Added note, I have purchased several vehicles in the past from other dealerships and found those experiences to be time consuming and rather unpleasant. I can safely say that this was not the case at Kim's No Bull. The entire experience was pleasant and I really enjoyed it immensely. Thanks again to Thomas and the entire staff at Kim's.
