Great experience! I went in thinking that I was not going to be able to find a deal that day. I was upside down on my vehicle and the payments were killing me. Remond told me that he would see what he could do and he came back a few minutes later with the keys to a new Camry to take out for a test drive. When I got back from the test drive, we discussed some details. I still needed a little more help. Remond went to go work his magic and came back a few minutes later with not only a deal that was beneficial to me, but a deal that I was happy with. Go See Mark Posey For Exceptional Service There was no doubt in my mind that when I was ready to trade-in my Toyota Camry that I was going back to Kim's. I contacted Mark Posey to tell him I was interested in test driving a Rav 4. He set up an appointment for me on a Saturday morning. When I arrived, he was punctual and was having the vehicle brought to the front of the dealership. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He began to show us all the options on the Rav 4 inside and out. He showed us under the hood and pointed out where everything was located. We took the vehicle on a test drive and Mark continued to point out all the good things about the vehicle. He explained all about the vehicle maintenance package. We went inside to talk about purchasing the Rav 4. Mark was friendly, courteous, and hospitable. Parham Tullos helped with the actual purchasing of the vehicle. He thoroughly explained all the different options available. He was friendly and helpful. Mark made an appointment for the first maintenance scheduled.
