However, I have been to this dealership several times and depending on who you speak with there lacks some consistency of information. Where one guys will tell you yes we can tint your windows and another guy says they dont do that. I know salesman do what they need to do to get a sale but honesty and integrity means a lot to many people so hearing different answers lowers my trust in the company a bit. I did leave the lot in a car that I am enjoying and would recommend this dealership for the most part. More

Poor example of the Kiffer name. Went to a promotion they were having at the Wal-Mart on Olympic in Springfield. Took the flyer in they sent me to see if I had really won 2000 dollars Went to a promotion they were having at the Wal-Mart on Olympic in Springfield. Took the flyer in they sent me to see if I had really won 2000 dollars. I said to the guy that I can see that the confirmation code dosentand mach. So I told him thank you anyway and that I can see that this was just a way to get me in here, and walked out. A salesman who refused to identify himself yells at me that some guy just won 25 thousand yesterday. I just threw the flyer away and left. Tha man follows me out to my vehicle yelling names at me and threatening me with physical violence. I ignored him so he walks up slaps my window and says that's what I thought your nothing but a f@#king pu$$y. I rolled my window down asked his name (which he refused to give)and told him to walk away and that I would contract his boss about his rude behavior and see if he still has a job after threatening someone. He says why don't you pull over there and get out of your car and we'll see who the real man is. I just pulled away as he kept yelling obscenities and threatening me. Then he throws his coffee cup at my vehicle. If this is the type of people that the owner Joe of Kiffer KIA hires to sell cars then he needs to fire his hiring manager or have his dealership sold to someone else who cares about potential customers instead of letting their salesman threaten people for expressing their opinion.
