They wash AND vacume out my car every time. They are always friendly, happy to see me, and genuine in their eagerness to please! I LOVE them! More

Couldn't ask for better service I made an appointment because my Sorento has wind noise from the sunroof. That morning, I realized that it was due for an oil change and the wiper flu I made an appointment because my Sorento has wind noise from the sunroof. That morning, I realized that it was due for an oil change and the wiper fluid sprayers were clogged. They were able to do the oil change, change the spray plugs (under warranty), and evaluate the noise and order parts (under warranty) AND wash my car. It was ready three hours EARLIER than expected and I paid less than $40. And did I mention that their friendly shuttle driver dropped me off at my office well ahead of my requested time? James is awesome. More

Complete opposite experience than they advertise... Crooks!! Worst experience ever!! I was ready to buy a new car and because of my experience I decided not to buy it! I have never felt so pressured and uncomfortable in my life!!! Kiefer advertises non stop about a no pressure sales and you will feel right at home all the time, BS complete opposite!! They shot gunned my credit everywhere without telling me as well as kept my registration to my vehicle I was going to trade in. The sales guy Ray and his manager were sleezy the way they went about getting my registration!! Said they couldn’t read my vin off my car, well it’s a newer car, very visible! They jacked the price up 5k more than they said and said they knocked off 5k.... very obvious scam from the purchase order. Almost forced me into signing a contract without my husband who would also be on the loan. Because I was a woman by myself they completely almost took advantage of me and screw me and made me feel so uncomfortable when I kept saying no or I need to talk to my husband!!! Please don’t buy a car from there, they will force you into something and screw you in the long run!!! More
Service I made a appointment for Saturday afternoon online. I take my vehicle and was told they dont do the service i need on saturdays, but no where online d I made a appointment for Saturday afternoon online. So i said ok I will keep it here and they told me it would be looked at first thing monday morning. Not hearing anything monday, i finally called around 4 to see if they found out whats wrong with it. The guy tried looking to find out and said the manager is gone, so is the tech. He said they will call me on the next day. Tuesday about midday i recieve a call telling me that its not worth fixing my vehicle. And the codes they didnt even tell me what they were. Spent 2 days there and i got no answers. My car is in very good shape but not according to kiefer kia. More

We brought my Jeep for a trade in it was 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 181000 which we did not think we could have traded in. In 3 hours they handed me the keys to a 2015 Kia Optima 26 thousand miles! I still can't believe it's in my drive way! I asked them several times Are you sure it's mine! Long story I know! Brady made my dream come true all the Gentlemen at Kiefer Kia help as well! They are amazing! I will definitely refer this dealership to anyone I can! Not for the perks! But the EXCELLENT SERVICE! Thank you all! More
