We bought our Sorento at Kiefer KIA in 2013. It was a great experience then and we have no complaints whatsoever. The service department has always treated us fairly and with respect! We recently had a problem with our vehicle that involved a recall issue. We were surprised when they put in a new engine with lifetime warrant. No hassles, they just did it! Wow! We dealt with Gabriel in the service department and he was great! He kept us informed throughout the process! We are Kiefer KIA fans and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle and great customer service! More
