Samantha Ling was great to work with, even though I missed seeing Josh at the counter. It took longer than usual but samantha was handling the customer pressure very well. The service I receive is amazing. They are very friendly & knowledgeable whenever I go there. They explain what was done & even walked me to my car..I also appreciate the washing and vacuuming of my car whi & knowledgeable whenever I go there. Had a tumultuous 2 years after buying my Soul. My car was not driven a lot. potentially life-destroying Went to attempt selling a car, 2017 Chevy Cruze with ~15,000 miles on it, went on a test drive with the car salesman "Kevin" (from New York) and the c Went to attempt selling a car, 2017 Chevy Cruze with ~15,000 miles on it, went on a test drive with the car salesman "Kevin" (from New York) and the car performed well, sales associate drove over the speed limit (I rode along) and then made a hard-stop which unnecessarily wore down tread on the tires. I offered the car at ~$10,000 and was initially willing to take their offer of $9,500 however after receiving paperwork that looked as if it was scanned off an original document written in crayon, there was a buy order for my car at $9,500 and the second page of paperwork presented, was a buy order, get this, agreeing to pay in full at $9,500 in exchange for a 2003 Mazda-3 with ~186,000 miles on on the paperwork. I looked at the paperwork, looked at the salesman, questioned why he had the wrong model, year, and mileage on the paperwork, while also pressuring me to sign the deal, and saying I could return in 3 business days to collect a check for $9,500. This appears to have been a scam to attempt a bait-and-switch car title transfer which would have traded two cars of extremely unequal value with no monetary compensation to equalize the deal. This same sales/buy strategy could potentially bankrupt vulnerable customers, elderly, people seeking to sell their car for an honest deal deserve better than such dishonest business practice. This dealership should have their license revoked. I'd like a public apology. More
