For the second time I’m left super frustrated and angry about our experience at this dealership and will not be returning . I had a 3:00 apt for an oil change, it took them over 2 hours. The other dealersh about our experience at this dealership and will not be returning . I had a 3:00 apt for an oil change, it took them over 2 hours. The other dealership we went too before our move greeted us, immediately drove our vehicle into the service department, they offered us coffee and a place to sit comfortably and quickly changed our oil , rotated our tires, washed our car AND vacuumed it all in 30 minutes. Over 2 hours is insane and clearly there is an issue with their scheduling. More
Excellent customer service. They even offered to drop me off if needed. Yes I know that’s part of the service. Although I didn’t need it. After dropping car for a service. Video was sent of car being inspected and now that was way cool. An hour later got a call an car was ready ! Also the gentleman who went over paperwork with me was very polite and courteous. We have been so impressed with the expertise, friendliness and all around excellent of care and concern we have received every time we have come in or have called with a question or issue. Two people have impressed us the most and we always request either Rod or Maria because we know we will get immediate attention. Working with them is like a breath of fresh air, considering shopping for a car was the last thing I used to want to do. We have now purchased the third new car from them since we went with our son when he bought his new car there. More
I had my car in for some recalls. I scheduled my appointment online (the soonest available times were a couple of months out for some reason), and it was easy to select what I needed. They were able to pick up my car at no cost, which was great because it meant I didn't have to wait at the dealership. They kept me updated on the process through texting and videos, and it was great knowing I could send back questions as needed. They inspected my car and recommended one other service but were not at all pushy when I declined, since I was already planning on getting it done elsewhere. They also washed my car before bringing it back. Overall, it was very smooth and a great experience working with them. More
