After previously working nearly twenty years in customer service, I found that I had high standards when it came to what proper customer care should entail. This dealership not only met, but rather greatly service, I found that I had high standards when it came to what proper customer care should entail. This dealership not only met, but rather greatly exceeded any expectations that I have ever had. As a hardworking single mother, of three extremely active boys, I found myself beyond stressed when the car that I had just purchased was totaled. Never in my life had I anticipated what a difficult experience I was about to endure. I had contacted many different dealerships. Unfortunately, very few of them were willing to give me a decent deal, once they found out that I still had a years worth of payments left on my totaled vehicle. I was shocked that so many of them were willing to lend me money, but only for vehicles that would never last the length of the loan. How would that ever help my situation?! Fortunately, the experienced, more than qualified financial specialists at Kiefer Kia were willing to take a look at what I actually had to offer. They saw past the totaled vehicle, and upside loan, to see that I could afford to make the payments on a loan for another car. Not only did they find me a wonderful vehicle, my loan has an interest rate that is half of what I had originally been quoted, with an option to lower it still, for a slightly higher payment. They also made sure my vehicle was covered in every way, so what had happened to me before, would not happen to me again. I would highly recommend them to anyone who may be in the market for a new vehicle. Especially, if you feel like you’re being sold short. I took my car in for service on Monday and was told the part they needed would have to be ordered. They said it would be here Wednesday. Come Wednesday, they said they got the wrong part, it would be here part they needed would have to be ordered. They said it would be here Wednesday. Come Wednesday, they said they got the wrong part, it would be here the following day, and then the car would be ready. The next day (today) came and I texted the advisor to check on the car. I disn't get a reply over an hour later, so I called and was greeted by an advisor who assured me the car was ready to be picked up. After picking the car up, I quickly realized the problem was NOT fixed and I called to tell them this. There was no way they properly test drove the vehicle afterwards without noticing the problem still persisting. The guy on the phone told me he would check with the tech and call back.. but it's now over an hour past close and I never got a call back. More

These guys are great! They laid out all options for my service check up and didn’t pressure me to pick the most expensive one.
