I had to purchase touch up paint because I was initially told when purchasing this vehicle that they cover chips and scratches through the extended warranty;however, we discovered they do not. We spent 26,000 plus on a this brand new Kia Soul and we believe that the professionalism and satisfaction is now no longer a concern once papers are signed and are locked into a monthly payment not to mention the interest accumulated. I purchased the touch up paint for my Kia Soul 2020 and did not get the right product. It looks terrible and 3 days I had to wait for a call from management due to management not on sight of dealership needless to say no return call. I was the one who had to be proactive and go down to the Kia dealership to talk with Management. They put me in touch with whom I now feel was an inept Assistant Manager,Daniel Ballesteros. He was unwilling to discuss the problem that Kia manufacturing gave the wrong color paint. His solution was to give me more paint. I said it's ruined and it looks terrible. I'm not an auto body person. It will take more than paint to fix this problem. It will take an auto body shop to fix the incorrect paint on this vehicle. I of course had to endure the notorious, "there is nothing I can do" from Mr. Ballesteros. I feel he allegedly lied to me which I do not appreciate dishonesty and lies. Why do I feel this way because he told me that they do not have an auto body shop so the only thing that he can do is give me more paint and he said it repeatedly throughout the conversation. I retorted according to the warranty if this were what you considered a manufacturer defect there would be a place to take this vehicle to repair. It's known that car dealerships have auto body shops in place to repair cars either in house or contracted out. So you mean to tell me that Kia of Yuma doesn't have an auto body or a place to take a vehicle for repairs. I find this contradictory and leads me to conclude that I have been a victim of lies. Let me present a question to Kia of Yuma if a person has a manufactured defective/damaged auto part they will be turned away because there is no auto body shop to do the repairs? So you will not honor the warranties set in place. You see how erroneous that sounds. Kia of Yuma and the manufacturer gave me the wrong mixed/matched paint which caused the defective color to my Vehicle. The Kia Soul now needs to be professionally repaired which Mr Ballesteros refused to step up to the plate and acknowledge. If I would have been told that the paint was not going to match exactly I would not have done this and ordered the touch up pen/paint. My trust in this dealership and service department has now been compromised. My observation and experience now with the Service Center and Maintenance department and Mr. Ballesteros along with his management team at Kia of Yuma have no interest in helping resolve service problems to which they are responsible in creating. I now feel I will be singled out and discriminated and treated unfairly upon my return for warranty services. I have these different color spots on a brand new car. I was turned away with no other explanation with no other alternatives to resolve this issue. I now must accept Mr. Ballesteros did not want to take responsibility for our Kia receiving the wrong paint and to repair the damage that it caused. Shame on you Kia of Yuma for what I perceived as lies and taking advantage of Seniors!!!!! More
Buyer beware of this dealership. All their cars are at least 1500 above high blue book value. The answer you get when confronting them is that's the price. Spectacular Group of People I shopped here for the first time and was very impressed with the salespeople and management.. I was greeted promptly and treated with great respect. Zamora was such a pleasure to deal with that I then purchased a used 2013 Optima Hybrid from them, Great Car, but to difficult for my handicapped wife to get into. This was then traded for a Soul+ which made all the difference for my wife's entry problems. (Easy and painless trade thanks to the Zamora Staff) I admit that I did have mixed emotions when the dealership changed to "KIA of Yuma. Today I just had my Soul+ serviced by the new Regime and was very pleased with the results. My car was returned washed and sparkling! No pressure, no on seen problems a smiling staff and quite a few of the past Zamora Crew. KUDO'S to all. As good as Zamora was, KIA of Yuma has been able to improve the complete operation. I have no doubt that when the time comes for a new KIA it will be done here. More

The people at the sales department were very kind and helped me find my way to the parts and service department. There, I met Axel Lerma who was an excellent agent throughout the whole process. He went out his way to show me exactly every detail and explain why it needed to be fixed. He never gave me a “no” as an answer. He did everything he could to get my Honda Civic fixed. He made the process nice and easy. The prices that I was given were excellent, reasonable, and not a single dollar was spared. I will absolutely recommend Kia of Yuma to all my friends and family. Specially, Axel Lerma for services. I will be going to this dealership everytime I find myself in Yuma! More
