I did not feel pressured to buy a vehicle either. I went in and talked with Chuck about one vehicle and he gave all the information I needed and then I told him I would be back in a few days he gave me a brochure and said that was fine. When I went back a few days later I decided I wanted to look at a different vehicle and he was real understanding and explained everything about that vehicle to me also. I ended up buying the second vehicle. The finance man was very professional and we are very happy with our new Kia Sportage. More

Great Experience I was looking for a Kia Sorrento and came across a model sold by the Kia of Yuma Dealership. I live out of town four hours away and exclusively made this transaction via the phone. Victoria was excellent in communicating with me. She even took her phone camera out to the vehicle so I could have a better live look at it. A few negotiations back and forth as common for car buying we agreed and a day later I drove up to Yuma and received my Sorrento. Victoria picked us up from a rental agency and paperwork was handled speedy and without hassle by Tony. We love the vehicle and are happy with the purchase and the Kia Yuma team.
