Beware of this dealer, manager don't have any customer service experience. We went to this dealer Wednesday after shopping around for a couple of days and Alex was excellent show us the car that we wanted service experience. We went to this dealer Wednesday after shopping around for a couple of days and Alex was excellent show us the car that we wanted and that we had a trade in and need all info .We explain him we had a son in a wheelchair and we needed to make sure his wheelchair will fit and he will be comfortable on getting in and out the Carnival.They said will have everything ready for the afternoon so we can try with our son and purchase the car.We return in the afternoon and the original person was not available so another person help us with the manager, the vehicle work perfectly so we proceed to do all paperwork. Manager change amount of trade in from what we were told earlier and the bill had many charges including a 4k WC adv new dealer fee. We ask him what this fee was and if can be lower he explain us the owner of the dealer was trying to get a new boat and he decided to put this fee ,after a long discussion and having our son in the wheelchair all this time he set up a deal and then came back and said I can't do that .We had the letter from the bank with the approval and were ready but he declined the sell for $600. We lost our day practically in the morning and then with this person 3hours with our son all the time with us very anxious that had to walk outside couple if times. After we decided we were not going for the price my husband told him if you change your mind call us ,he rudely said don't expect a call from me I will never call you guys. I felt very discriminated, he didn't seem to wanted to help at all. We left this dealer very disappointed. People need to have more empathy and show respect especially when there's a person with a disability,which he didn't care less. More

The dealership didn’t apply to me the BAIT-AND-SWITCH practice other dealers use. I pur for being in compliance with the new FTC New Car Dealer Rule.
