When I purchased my Kia Soul it didn’t come with the back headrests. They had them ordered but only 2/3. Terry was extremely helpful with getting all my headrests in. I’m currently giving 5 stars as the employees that worked with us have been excellent, however the rating might change as I purchased this vehicle on Sunday and today, Wednesday, we have already encountered with us have been excellent, however the rating might change as I purchased this vehicle on Sunday and today, Wednesday, we have already encountered several problems with our vehicle that we were not made aware of before purchasing the vehicle. I am hoping they also weren’t aware and not knowingly selling us a faulty vehicle. One of the problems has been solved. I’m going to call in tomorrow about the rest of these things. I’ll post an update ASAP. UPDATE: Everything has been thoroughly solved and then some! The level of commitment and dedication to resolve all my concerns has been above and beyond!
