Terry is a problem solver. There are allot of moving parts within a dealership. Most of the time everyone is trying to do the right thing but it doesn't always go as planned. It is in those situations that Wesley Chapel (And us Customers) are lucky to have Terry. Any issue with a staff member, process, or communication once Terry is engaged you can be certain that your issue will be resolved in a timely, competent and complete manor. The best compliment I can provide is that once in his hands I no longer have to stress over it because I know it will get done and I will receive status without having to chase it down. Thanks Terry!
