The only reason why I'm writing this negative comment: after talking with 1 service line employee and 2 managers concerning their lack of communication is - no follow-up with me when I was told they'll ha after talking with 1 service line employee and 2 managers concerning their lack of communication is - no follow-up with me when I was told they'll have to investigate it. On 4/6/22 I thought the service department had checked and corrected two recalls. During this visit they also did a courtesy check and recommended the right rear hub. Had to prepaid for hub. Two days later (4/8) hub came in and they installed it. On 4/12 got another recall letter from Kia corporate. Went back thinking this was a new recall. Found out it was checked out on 4/6 (so they say) but they had not done what they said on 4/6 concerning the one recall I originally took it in for. Hears my point. If it wasn't for the corporate letter from Kia stating of another recall, I would have never known the major recall on 4/6 wasn't completed. All this can be verified by their courtesy videos to me. More

When I came to Kia in March, I wasn't sure that the dealership would be able to assist in getting another vehicle. I was connected with sale agent George and he worked with me all afternoon. It came time for me to pick up my children from school and we had a deal, but I had to leave. After, I wasn't able to come back because I had 3 children in tow, George and I emailed back and for for several days about the terms of the agreement and he got all of my paperwork ready so all I had to do was come in and sign the papers. He called me 2 weeks later to tell me my car was ordered and about 2 weeks after that he called to tell me the car was already in at the dealership. George was so helpful and understanding to my situation. He got me the new car and was super happy for me and my family. George was wonderful! If you come to Kia of Wesley Chapel, ask for George! Walking into the dealership, I was overwhelmed with not knowing what car I even wanted to go for. That is when Nelson greeted me and reassured me that we would find something for me. He has so much patienc knowing what car I even wanted to go for. That is when Nelson greeted me and reassured me that we would find something for me. He has so much patience and took his time explaining all of the features , along with asking me questions to further pinpoint which vehicle would be best for me. Starlin was also so willing to break everything down for me so that I could leave with a car that day. Not to mention , Nelson and Starlin made me feel like more than a customer. They genuinely got to know me and I could tell that they really wanted to help. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Noah also stepped in and also took his time explaining what my package would look like. I felt no pressure from anyone and that is an AMAZING feeling; not only when you are making a large purchase, but especially when it’s your first car. I can’t leave out Scott, who welcomed me to the Kia family upon receiving my keys. He really reinforced the feeling that I made the best choice. I’m truly blown away with the service I received and the dream team that is Kia of Wesley Chapel. Thank you so much to everyone that helped me! More
