As a first time car buyer, I can't say I wasn't nervous when I first walked up to the dealership. I could not thank Mike Nelson enough for an amazing experience. My husband and I looked at a few cars befor when I first walked up to the dealership. I could not thank Mike Nelson enough for an amazing experience. My husband and I looked at a few cars before we finally made a decision. Mike made sure he answered every question we had and he could not have been more patient with us. We never felt pressured to go for one car or the other. He made everything easy.
